Disappointing quality and terrible customer service

I was beyond excited to order this championship belt, especially for $145, but the entire experience from start to finish was a massive letdown.
First, the shipping process was frustrating. It took 16 days to arrive, and no tracking information was provided at all. When I emailed to check on it, I got a vague response saying it had "been dispatched and is on its way." The moment I replied asking for a tracking number, they completely ghosted me and never responded. To make matters worse, when I left a public comment on their Facebook page asking about the status of my order, they deleted my comment and slid into my private messages instead. Shady business practices.
When the package finally arrived, I will give credit where it's due—it was packaged very nicely. But once I opened it up, the excitement vanished.
The belt itself is a mess of carelessness:
* There is dried gem glue smeared on both side plates and the main plate.
* There are visible scratches right on the left side plate.
* There is a gem completely missing from the front plate.
For $145, I expected a pristine replica, not something that looks like it was thrown together with zero quality control. It's heartbreaking to be this excited for an item only to receive a damaged product and get completely ignored by customer support. Save your money and buy from a more reputable seller.
