Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges on non-custom items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
We’ll review your case and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
