Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges on non-custom items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective

  • Custom championship belts (with names, logos, or specific designs)
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll review your case and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected:
  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
